Weekend is wired…

Friday, July 31st, 2009

Looks like we’ll be putting our noses in some Japanese magazines this weekend. Our homies from Osaka sent us a huuuuge bunch of Ollie Magazines, LUSSW Magazines, Samurai Magazines, Joker Magazines,, Mens Fudge Magazines and other goodies. Along with all of this came also the White Fuctory Collaboration T-Shirt and one of the finest Karaoke Songs we’ve heard, ‘On My Beat’ by BOOWY. Especially if Yoshi is singing it.

We also had an ad in the Brazilian Issue Of VICE Magazine in Japan in collaboration with White Fuctory. We didn’t even have to do the art work aka Japanese Magic!

This is an old one, but got touched as one of our friends told me that this is the best cultural contribution that’s happened during this millennium.

It was as a folded poster in the VICE GUIDE TO HELSINKI. Done by Helsinki’s finest renaissance man, VILUNKI 3000.

It’s the BBQ 2.0, the sequal, bigger, fatter, more waxed than ever. The Taivallahti Schoolyard BBQ will be siiiick.
We’ll have a picnic table, a metal bench and then there’s of course the sweetest 3 stair ledge that Finland offers.
Do the best line and win a nice ticket the fuck outta Finland worth more than 600 EUR. Yes, that’s a travel gift card.
Winter is coming sooner than anyone wishes for and you can fly pretty damn far south with +600 EUROS.

The flyer tells it all! Be there eat a sausage while listening to some good Top Billin music, do a fat line,
collect your flight ticket and go hug a girl.

WHITE FUCTORY…

Monday, July 20th, 2009

it was a rainy day filled with dark and hanging clouds. On this rainy day something white was born. It was born under mayhem but remained in CTRL. It was born pure and bright at the WHITEFUCTORY.COM in Japan.

In other plain and simple words. Our collaboration T-Shirt with the brand new concept store / gallery for VICE in Japan called The White Fuctory is finally up for grabs. Our imaginary combined with their vision. Up amongst the Keiichi Nitta tees and other coor stuff.

DASH SNOW passed away recently. Loved his work and was always amused about the symbolism in one of his polaroids where a white guy is snorting a line from a black guys dick.

Dash has entered his likes, the young gifted and restless.

Big Mini…

Friday, July 10th, 2009

Just developed a roll of film that i took in Japan with my Konica Big Mini. The flicks with that camera always turn out to be good even though i generally suck at taking photos. The grain and colors are nice and that saves my bad composition. Here’s a couple with of my homies…

The camera cost me 50 € from Berlin and it’s the same on as the one Jim Jarmush has in the movie ‘Blue In The Face’. You might remember when he comes to Augies shop and goes on about quitting smoking cigarettes and wants to have a last picture taken with his last cigarette. Last one ever…

Guess that never happened.
